人工智能进入幼儿园：教师视角下的应用场景、技术门槛与制度困境

在少子化背景下，部分职业学院学前教育专业暂停招生，原有教师面临专业收缩和岗位转向，却仍需回应幼儿园教学现场的新变化。人工智能进入幼儿园，已经影响观察评价、教学组织、家园沟通和园所管理。本研究立足一线教师和高职学前教育教研视角，结合相关文献，分析人工智能在幼儿园中的应用场景、教师技术门槛和制度困境。研究认为，幼儿园人工智能应用应坚持儿童发展本位，教师应成为技术进入课堂的守门人。园所还需建立培训、伦理、隐私和评价制度，避免技术应用变成新的教师负担。
