幼师共情的研究回顾与展望

Abstract

本研究在回顾了幼师共情的概念与测量方法，梳理了目前国内外幼师共情的研究成果，并从研究视角、测量方法、影响因素和干预研究四个方面分析了现有研究的不足，指出未来研究应着重转换研究视角，细化共情情境与对象；开发特色工具，融合研究方法；拓宽影响因素，重视内部因素；加强干预比较研究，开发园本训练方案。
