Abstract
Supported by big data algorithm recommendation technology, empowered by a diverse and open online environment, and driven by the individual development needs of college students, the college student group has formed independent and closed online cultural circles in cyberspace around similar interest orientations, demand demands and other group identity elements. It has also presented the forms of entertainment of circle content, segmentation of circle dissemination, and virtualization of circle communication. The network circle culture thus generated is constantly eroding the effectiveness of the education work in colleges and universities, leading to predicaments such as weakened discourse power of the main body of education in colleges and universities, imbalance in content supply, and disorder in identity construction. To break through the predicament of the online circle, the education work of colleges and universities can explore the path of integrated development of the "circle" of the Internet and the education work of colleges and universities by reshaping the discourse power of the educational subject, building mainstream value recognition through multi-dimensional content, and optimizing the ecological environment of the online circle, so as to achieve the innovative development of the education model and approach of colleges and universities.
