Abstract

随着现代医学的飞速发展,临床微生物学在感染性疾病的诊断与治疗中发挥着日益关键的作用。质谱技术作为一种高效、准确的检测手段,在临床微生物实验室中得到了广泛应用。本文系统综述了近年来微生物质谱仪在临床病原菌鉴定中的研究进展,重点阐述了其工作原理、技术优势、应用范围、当前面临的挑战以及未来发展方向。文章结合国内外最新文献,对微生物质谱仪的鉴定性能、适用范围及实际应用中的问题进行分析,以期为临床微生物实验室的标准化操作与应用推广提供参考。
