Abstract
在少子化背景下,部分职业学院学前教育专业暂停招生,原有教师面临专业收缩和岗位转向,却仍需回应幼儿园教学现场的新变化。人工智能进入幼儿园,已经影响观察评价、教学组织、家园沟通和园所管理。本研究立足一线教师和高职学前教育教研视角,结合相关文献,分析人工智能在幼儿园中的应用场景、教师技术门槛和制度困境。研究认为,幼儿园人工智能应用应坚持儿童发展本位,教师应成为技术进入课堂的守门人。园所还需建立培训、伦理、隐私和评价制度,避免技术应用变成新的教师负担。
